Beds felt uncomfortable when you

Easy access on and off the freeway for work

The staff were efficient and extremely helpful. It had easy access to the motorway, which was important for me and there were food outlets close by.

There are very few redeeming qualities about this hotel. It definitely needs some TLC from the national chain. The proximity to the freeway was helpful and the beds were acceptable.

The in room coffee and bathroom amenities were poor quality. Our group had a number of issues and had to interact with an extremely inexperienced manager who opted to blame the customer rather than rectify the situation. When maid service was not completed (no towels) she stated that multi-night stays only received a very light servicing (nothing?!). When our other companion had trouble with his room - up until 3a waiting for maintenance to help with a lock-out, she implied that since he booked through a 3rd party vendor that she could not help him. The entire situation was ludicrous. The internet access was so weak and spotty that I used my own iPhone Hotspot. Breakfast was definitely not anything to write home about and the coffee is undrinkable - burning hot and weak. Our group was jealous of our traveling companions who booked at the nearby Hampton Inn and raved about the breakfast there. One member of our group got breakfast at McDonalds next door.

Price and closeness to venue

Great location. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Wifi was slow to the point that I would have preferred to communicate with carrier pigeons. Rooms could have used a bit more sound proofing.

Wi Fi in Rm 168 was Poor.

On the up side the room and bathroom were immaculately clean.

The evening staff was okay, not very friendly. The morning staff didn't know what they were doing. I had been checked out while I was still in my room. The other thing that really bothered me is having to initial all these things about smoking and pets and such, I felt like a criminal which continued in the room with a big stop sticker on the TV letting me know it only works there. Seriously if someone wants to steal they will so please don't make your honest guests uncomfortable for it.

Bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. A blessings prior to a complicated medical procedure.

Requested a room close due to handicap and we had to walk the full length of hotel to get to room. It was not easy and we could not leave to go anywhere

I liked that they "offered"free continental breakfast. Also they were promt to help us hook up the cable tv when it wasn't working.

The wifi was terribly slow and most of the time did not work. The bed aggravated my back. The continental breakfast did not have microwaveable safe bowls to cook the oatmeal. The staff at best seemed uninterested in helping, sometimes ignorant and other times just didn't care. I did not like being charged on my credit card to use the safe even though we didn't. I did not like that we were told when we checked in that we could pay with our debit card upon checkout but when we did the girl behind the desk said that was not available... Credit only.

They took excellent care of our man we had to put up for business out of town. We had to extend his stay and that was also easy. I can highly recommend this company. Book your reservation with confidence.

I liked the comfort of the bed. The shower was nice too. I liked how I could control the temp of the water.

The room was a little small. I just wished they had a larger space.

The room was clean and well laid out. the bedding was excellent and much nicer than I would have expected.

Our room, although small, was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The continental breakfast was not as expected. The orange juice tasted like Tang. The coffee could be better. The bathroom didn't have heat which in the winter did make it cold.
